Grateful for every season that got us here… and honestly? So excited for what’s next. The best chapters are still to come ✨

Our Balgowlah studio will close this Saturday and all following classes will take place out of our Seaforth space. The database is currently being merged, this is time consuming so please reach out if you have any issues with your account🌿🙏

From March 1st our Heat and Reformer profiles will officially live under one roof in the studio and here on Instagram.

Our classes are designed to complement each other. The sweat supports the strength. The strength supports the sweat. Now our online space reflects the same unity.

If you have guests visiting over Christmas and New Year we have 7 day passes available so you don't need to stop your routine just bring them with you ! 🎅🏻

‼️PSA We will be running a reduced timetable over the Christmas and holiday period. Please book classes in advance so we are able to provide enough spaces for everyone.

Please cancel bookings 12 hours prior to the class where possible to avoid cancellation fee and allow others to grab a spot
