Registrations for girls representative trials reopen.

For girls who have yet to register an expression of interest to trial for HKHDCA female under 13 to under 15 representative teams for the 2026/27 season, registrations have been reopened until early July.

Refer to https://www.hkhdca.com/post/girls-representative-registrations-reopen for more details on eligibility, rules and a link to the registration form. Noting CNSW only allow girls to trial with one association.
No action is required for girls who registered in February.

Trials are on Sunday 26th July.

We are pleased to announce the players selected in respective under 10 to under 15 male Youth Championship squads.

Thank you to all players who participated in the representative trials, and to the representative convenors and independent selectors for their time in running trials for some 500 players.

If your name is not on the list this year, we thank you for participating and we hope to see you again at next season’s representative trials.

Our senior grand finals have been run and won for 25/26.
Berowra Cricket Club won their 8th premiership in 10 seasons with a dominant win in A grade. Chasing 187 to win, Asquith Rugby League Cricket Club - ARLCC were bowled out for 70. Scott Griffin top scored with 47 and took 5/19 to be standout player of the match.
Thornleigh Cricket Club Est. 1930 will be regretting sending Castle Hill RSL Cricket Club into bat in A Reserve, with Castle Hill amassing 373. Justin Ward 183. Thornleigh all out 75.
In B grade WPHC Red 152 & 2/65 won outright WPHCCC - West Pennant Hills Cherrybrook Cricket ClubC 95 & 8/119.
B Reserve was another all club affair between Hornsby District Cricket Club teams. Centuries to Chris Blinman 147no and Brandon Pereira helped Gold team 6/341 easily chase Green's total of 173.
In C grade Berowra Cricket Club 234 was too much for WPHC 105.
Kenthurst Upper Hills Cricket Club chased down Beecroft Cricket Club 103 with 5 wickets in hand in C2.
Kissing Point Cricket Clubt 160 easily defended their score, bowling out Mount Colah Cricket Club for 84 in C3.
In a slow scoring C4 grand final, WPHC won on first innings by 40 runs, then blocked out the remainder of the game, 8/44 from 65 overs.
Our D grade one day competition ended in a thrilling 1 wicket win to Hornsby District on the 3rd last ball.
24 wickets fell on day 1 of the D2 GF. Beecroft would rue being bowled out for 38 in the first innings, losing outright by 14 runs to St Ives Wahroonga Cricket Club

Last weekend grey skies threatened all day to disrupt our junior finals. Two games played to a result, whilst the other games were washed out mid to late afternoon. Four clubs shared the spoils.

Junior grand final weekend kicked off with victory to Glenorie District Cricket Club in the inaugural All Girls Stage 2 final. Scoring 143, North Parramatta were bowled out for 101.

This morning Glenorie District Cricket Club play North Parramatta Sports club in the inaugural All girls stage 2 grand final at Les Shore oval.
