Final light, but very important training run on 13th September. That's less than 2 weeks from the start of the AFL Masters National AFL Masters National Carnival. We had a great Sydney AFL Masters training run, at a location closer to Hunter AFL Masters, who travel extensively & regularly throughout the season. We'd love to see everyone there - Adelaide Street Oval, Killarney Vale.

BBQ & beers not available on the day due to restrictions, but we will have drinks available.

AFL Masters National will publish the official draw on PlayHQ with all the teams & times soon. Don't forget the walk on ceremony at Newcastle Nbr 1 on Sunday evening, all gather around by 6:30 pm Sunday 27/9.

Use below as a guide only, and check prior to the day to ensure you're up to date with any changes. Big thanks to Dicko in National for putting the draw together to appease 9 pushy (but great) state & territory presidents, 71 teams and 1443 registered players over the first 2 days.

Another important event, well responded to by AFL Masters NSW clubs - the Sydney Mini-Carnival, hosted by Macarthur Wombats - Footy for Fun. Come along, its only $10 to play, and you can buy food and drinks at the ground. Anyone player who's club isn't providing a team, will easily fit in for games during the day. Thanks Wombats! Our event takes place on 29 September—just two days before Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins.

In Australia, an estimated one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer by the age of 85. Behind that statistic is a mother, partner, sister, friend, teammate or colleague—and a family whose life has been changed.

All proceeds raised through our raffle and live auction will support the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation and its work assisting local people and families affected by breast cancer.

This event was designed for partners, is open to all and will be loved by everyone. Gather your friends, teammates and fellow Carnival supporters and join us for an afternoon with purpose.
