Some impressive lifting from our girls during last week’s Barbell Class🔥

It’s been awesome watching both girls continue to build confidence, technique and strength with the Olympic lifts

A lot of people think Olympic weightlifting is only for competitive lifters, but that’s far from the truth

Our Barbell Classes are designed for anyone who wants to:
✔️ Learn the fundamentals of the Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk and other barbell movements
✔️ Challenge themselves with a new style of training
✔️ Improve mobility, coordination and body awareness
✔️ Develop explosive power and athleticism
✔️ Build strength through full ranges of motion
✔️ Improve movement quality and confidence under the bar
✔️ Work towards competitions that may have Olympic lifting in them
