GOPT- Strength and Fitness We inspire and empower people ready to make meaningful change in their lives. GOPT Group PT studio/ gym is located at Minchinbury, in Western Sydney.

Our program does its best work with adults who are at a point in their life where they have had enough of poor quality health and fitness, are unhappy with their bodies and are ready to raise their standards. Our coaching program follows a system of constant and never ending improvement in 5 key areas we have control over. Sleep

part of our athletes success comes down to them being part of a fitness family, a community of people striving to be and do better, a team of coaches who are committed to our athletes outcomes and connection with good quality people on a daily basis. What we do and ask our athletes to do is not easy, it takes time and we don't offer quick fixes. We provide tools, strategies and systems that stay with you for life, just like the results you achieve. The thing that has our athletes staying members for years and years is that we have heaps of fun doing it.

STRONGER TOGETHER WINTER CHALLENGE πŸ”₯
This starts Monday 15th June and we're excited to see what our community can achieve over the next 8 weeks.

This challenge isn't about being perfect.
It's about doing the simple things consistently and proving to yourself that you can follow through on the commitments you make.

If you've ever said:
"I know what I should be doing, I just don't do it consistently."
"I start strong but fall off after a few weeks."
"I need some accountability."
Then this challenge is for you.

For the next 8 weeks, you'll be committing to:
βœ… 10,000 steps every day
βœ… Train 4 days per week
βœ… 1 active recovery session weekly
βœ… 2-3 litres of water daily
βœ… No alcohol
βœ… No junk food
βœ… Track your nutrition 6 days per week
βœ… 1 page of journalling daily
βœ… Minimum 7 hours sleep per night
βœ… 2 minutes of intentional meditation daily
βœ… No screens 30 mins after waking or before bed

Entry fee is $50, which goes directly into the prize pool. Complete all requirements consistently over the 8 weeks and you'll go into the draw to win the entire cash prize pool (currently sitting at $1000).

Every participant receives a tracking spreadsheet to keep you accountable throughout.
This challenge isn't about who is the fittest in the gym. It's about who is willing to show up day after day and do the work when nobody is watching.
Winter is where most people make excuses. Let's make it the season where you build momentum, improve your habits, and become the strongest version of yourself β€” physically and mentally.

Today we say goodbye (for now) to one of our amazing community members, Sandra.

Twelve months ago, Sandra walked through our doors looking for a community of like-minded people who wanted to become fitter, stronger, and healthier, along with coaches who genuinely cared. We're proud to say she found exactly that, and we found someone pretty special too.

From day one, Sandra brought positivity, encouragement, and a smile that could brighten any class. She embraced every challenge, supported those around her, and became a valued part of our gym family. The impact she has had on our community over the past twelve months has been far greater than she probably realizes.

While we're sad to see her move away, we're excited for this next chapter in her life and know she'll continue to make a positive difference wherever she goes.

Sandra, thank you for being part of our community. Thank you for your effort, your kindness, and the energy you brought into the gym every day. You will be genuinely missed by your coaches and fellow members.

We wish you nothing but happiness, success, and adventure in your new home. Remember, you'll always have a place here, and we hope you'll pop in whenever you're back in town.
