ANNOUNCEMENT!

This is a difficult announcement to post considering our club was established in 1951 and is one of the longest serving clubs in the Parramatta Junior Rugby League district.

It’s with a heavy heart that we wish to advise that our club is on the brink of closing its doors.

We have had numerous enquiry’s about the 2025 season, players ready to play and sponsors locked in, although unfortunately we are struggling to recruit the necessary volunteers to operate our club and a few more new teams starting from Under 6s to A grade for both female and male competitions.

We would like to thank all past and present club members, life members , players, volunteers and sponsor’s for all your blood, sweat and tears that you have put into our club over the past 73 years.

We are hoping we can get the relevant support so that the club can continue in 2025 and beyond.

U21’s training tonight 21/11 at 7:00 at International Oval.Every Tuesday and Thursday until the 19/12.Open to returning and new players.For any info call or message Steve on 0412 964175.

All u21’s.Don’t forget training starts next Thursday November 21 and continues every Tuesday and Thursday until Thursday December 19 at International Oval.Need all returning and prospective players to attend so we can discuss the 2025 season.

Calling all u21’s players.2 weeks to go until pre Xmas training on Thursday 21/11.Looking forward to getting as many down to International Park as possible to blow out the cobwebs.Be plenty of stuff with the ball over this period.The hard stuff starts in here new year.

Seven Hills Kangaroos AGM details:

Saturday 26th October 2024
📍International Peace Park at 12.30pm.

Nominations will be taken for the following positions;

- Treasurer
- Registrar
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- committee positions

Nominations to be emailed to [email protected] on or before the 25th October 2024

At this stage the club is likely to have the following age groups:

Under 6s
Under 17s
Under 21s
A Grade

We will be focusing on building more teams as we head into the new year, especially in the juniors ages. We need as many volunteers, to help and get involved, as possible.

U21’s pre Xmas training will start at 7:00 on Thursday 21st of November and go through until Thursday 19th of December.Training will be of moderate intensity only to build a starting base for the pre season in the new year.Would love to see returning and any potentially new players that want to have a look get down to International Oval and have a run.
