From casual shifts with us at AUSISO, to Fan & Community Engagement Specialist at the Sydney Sixers, that's Lachlan McRae's story and we couldn't be prouder!

Lachie was an incredible member of our team for a number of years. His work ethic, passion for sport and dedication stood out from day one. We were thrilled when he transitioned into a full-time role at Football Australia and now he's gone and levelled up again with the Sydney Sixers.

This is exactly what we're here for.

We genuinely believe we are a true pathway into the sport industry, not just a job, but a launching pad. From casual to part-time, part-time to full-time, with us or with the incredible organisations our people move into, we walk the talk.

🌟 STAFF SPOTLIGHT: COREY WEBSTER 🌟

Corey has been a fantastic member of the AUSISO team for over a year, consistently delivering engaging sports programs and earning outstanding feedback from schools wherever he coaches.

Outside of AUSISO, Corey has an incredible sporting background. As a former elite cyclist, Corey raced with Team Novo Nordisk at the UCI ProTeam level, competing just one tier below the highest level of professional cycling. During his career, he raced alongside teams and riders who regularly competed in events such as the Tour de France.

What stands out most about Corey isn't just his achievements on the bike, but the dedication, resilience and positive attitude he brings to everything he does.

We're incredibly fortunate to have Corey as part of the AUSISO team and can't wait to see what he achieves next!

Last week, we had the privilege of coming together for the Settlement Services International (SSI) and Usman Khawaja Foundation Strategy Day and what a day it was.

The discussions were rich, forward thinking and full of energy. We mapped out exciting new programs and partnerships built around a shared vision of ensuring every young girl and boy in this country, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the opportunities they deserve to grow, belong and thrive.

What stood out most was the alignment in values. There was no debate about why we do this work only inspiration and determination around how we can do it better, together. The Usman Khawaja Foundation's belief in the power of sport and mentorship, combined with SSI's deep expertise in community support and inclusion, creates a partnership with real potential to make a lasting difference.

In exciting news, AUSISO has partnered with Disability Sport Australia!

We're proud to support the delivery of their Abilities Unleashed and Sporting Schools programs, two of the most impactful inclusion initiatives in Australian sport.

Sport is for everyone and we are proud to be working with such a fantastic organisation in delivering real outcomes for the community.

From cricket and soccer to basketball and more, our programs are designed to create a fun, inclusive and positive environment for all participants.

Through our partnership with AFDA - Australian Flying Disc Association and NSW Ultimate, we’re proud to deliver Sporting Schools programs that encourage participation, teamwork and confidence through sport.

It’s fantastic to see AUSISO coaches out in schools delivering engaging sessions and creating positive experiences for students across the community. We love receiving feedback like this and seeing the impact these programs are having both on and off the field 🙌

⛳ Five years and counting!

AUSISO is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Jack Newton Junior Golf and Golf NSW, a relationship that's been going strong since 2021.

Together we've been delivering the Sporting Schools golf program, helping young Australians discover a love for the game and building pathways for the next generation of golfers.

We were also delighted to join our fellow partners at the annual Sponsors Golf Day and Presentation Dinner at Strathfield Golf Club Ltd, a wonderful day on the course and evening dinner celebrating the people and organisations who make junior golf in Australia possible.

Here's to many more years of growing the game together! 🏌️‍♂️

We recently partnered with Rosa Stathis from The Social Expression to deliver our Multicultural Awareness Worskhop with Randwick Council for local clubs and associations, and what a session it was!

In today's diverse sporting landscape, multicultural awareness has never been more important, helping clubs and associations build welcoming, inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

We're so excited to continue this partnership with Rosa and bring even more workshops to the sporting community across Australia.
