Fitness doesn’t have to feel like a chore - it can (and should!) be fun. Whether it’s turning a workout into a game, training with friends, or mixing things up with new challenges, the best results come when we actually enjoy the process☺️

People always ask me how I sculpted my abs and it all started during childhood through skateboarding, rollerblading, iceskating and skiing 🛹🛼⛸️⛷️. The common denominator here being obviously - FUN!

When you move your body in ways that make you feel joy - consistency follows naturally - and that’s where strength, endurance, and confidence really grow.

This lovely soul really needs our help - she had just beaten ovarian cancer in 2022 for it to reoccur and now it’s stage 4 😢 Moni is a beautiful, caring person with 3 daughters - let’s help her overcome this disease and live a long and happy life 🥰

Hi everyone 😊

I know it’s been a very long time since I’ve posted - sorry 😞 The past 2.5 years have certainly been weird, and tough for us all. I just wanted to check in with you all to say hi and I hope you’re doing well 🥰

I’m almost finished by Bachelor of Nutrition/science - I graduate in December, after 4 years at university🥳👩🏼‍🎓 I’ve made the most of all the lockdowns and studied very hard, earning 17 high distinctions & 3 distinctions from my 20 subjects thus far. I’ll be starting my Bachelor of Law in February 2023- and although I’m changing my career path, I’ll still be keeping you all motivated with your health & fitness 💪🏼❤️

How awesome are these 4 week results my online client Noreen has achieved!😱.
She’s down 3.3kg (7.3lbs) & dropped 5cm (2 inches) off her waist in just 28 days! 🔥SHRED TOWN🔥.
She’s from Victoria- and hence she’s been in stage 4 lockdown this whole time, and despite her gym being shut the & having limited food choices due to panic buying, she’s managed to get the most incredible results already! This is PROOF that with the right protocols & guidance, a positive mindset and dedication, we do not even need the gym or a set diet, to transform our bodies.
We’ve just bumped her calories up by around 200 to ensure she doesn’t lose lean tissues and we are entering a new phase focused on muscle gain. Cannot wait to see where we take her physique to!💪🏼
