No - going to the gym doesn’t automatically make you better than someone else by whatever arbitrary yardstick we’re measuring that by…
But it does contribute to becoming a better you
I’ve had countless clients tell me that consistency in their training and nutrition has improved their quality of life immeasurably in every facet
Becoming fitter, stronger, more comfortable in their skin, healthier with improved biomarkers sure
But also becoming better partners/spouses, parents, friends, coworkers, business owners all because of the improved sense of purpose and sense of self they feel when training
Alongside generally improved drive, energy, confidence and mental wellbeing
So idk call me bias but maybe going to the gym is a pretty good idea on the whole
