The Football School

The Football School Programs are designed to improve the technical skills of our students. There is an emphasis on ball familiarity and fun games.

Pre School Program (3-5 years)
Students are introduced to basic football skills along with increasing motor skill and social development. Students are given an opportunity to express themselves in a fun and safe environment. Junior School Program (6-9 years)
This program is designed to improve the technical skills of our students. Students will learn to master the ball (touch, roll, pass, turn and move with the ball) with an emphasis on fun. Students will spend 90% of the lesson with the ball at their feet. Middle School Program (10-12 years)
This program continues to focus on improving the technical skills of our students. Students are also introduced to specific age related tactical principles such as attacking and defensive strategies, transition between attack and defence, learning basic tasks in 11 v 11 and how they link together in game situations. Senior School Program (13-16 years)
This program continues to focus on improving the technical skills of our students.
