A few months ago I was honoured to be asked to teach a low-impact Zumba Gold session for the current fitness students at TAFE NSW, Nepean Campus.
Initially, I had mixed emotions as I’ve had to temporarily withdraw from my own studies for health reasons, however, it was a delight to share my love of spreading joy through inclusive movement and music and to also experience the passion and enthusiasm of these emerging graduates. The students even had a go at Irish Ceili Dancing! 🥰🕺🏻💃🏻☘️
Congratulations to the Semester 1 Cert Three in Fitness, Full Time Day Students for 2026! I look forward to possibly seeing some of you next year when I return to further my studies. Special thanks to our fabulous teacher Rhiannon Czajkowski for the opportunity and your support. I will continue to yell out to you when I see you in public places 🤣🥰👌💃🏻
