Bonnyrigg White Eagles FC This is the Official page for the Bonnyrigg White Eagles FC. Today, our home ground and sports club covers over eight hectares in Bonnyrigg, NSW.

Bonnyrigg White Eagles FC is one of the oldest and most respected football clubs in Australia, with a proud history spanning over fifty-two years. The club started life in 1968 as ‘Avala Sports Club’, founded by a group of Serbian immigrants who brought their unwavering passion for the game of football to Australia. The complex includes a main grass field and stadium, along with two additional gra

ss training pitches. BWE FC have won multiple NPL premierships and championships over the years and boast a long list of talented players who have honed their skills the club. They include current Socceroo and Red Star Belgrade defender Milos Degenek, who worked his way through our youth system from an early age. Danny Vukovic is another with national team honors who began his career a White Eagle before moving onto the A-League and a career in Europe with KCR Genk in Belgium. Most recently, Luke Ivanovic signed his first professional contract at Sydney FC having come through his junior years at the White Eagles as well as taking his first senior steps as a 16-year old in the famous red jersey. The culture at BWE FC is incredibly strong and has been built over many years. It is best demonstrated by the loyalty of our players across all age groups. Everyone from the staff, players and coaches to the leadership team follow a set of key values built around Resilience, Enthusiasm, Sacrifice, Purpose, Energy, Commitment and Togetherness.

CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Another outstanding weekend for our BWE youth, with every team remaining undefeated against Hurstville Zagreb and collecting 8 out of a possible 12 points.💪🏼

Most importantly, today’s results were dedicated to Leon Veljovic. We wish Leon a speedy recovery and hope to see him back around the club soon. ❤️

A mixed weekend for the Eagles, with First Grade going down 1-0 and the Under 20s falling 5-2. While the results didn’t go our way, both sides will be looking to regroup and bounce back next round. 🦅

There were plenty of positives across our youth teams, with wins all around, two hard-fought draws, and another strong weekend showcasing the talent coming through the club. A fantastic effort from all players, coaches, and volunteers.

A challenging weekend for the Eagles, with both First Grade and Under 20s suffering defeats despite plenty of effort and determination across the 90 minutes. The boys will be looking to bounce back stronger next week. 🦅

Unfortunately, our youth matches were washed out due to the weather, with several fixtures postponed. We look forward to seeing all our junior sides back in action soon.
