Turns out, one hour of dancing adds up to a LOT of steps… 👀👣

Hey, Kasia here 😀
NLNL isn't about “exercise” — it's about the fun and joy of moving freely, being playful, expressive, sharing the dancefloor with our amazing community, and throwing yourself into the music with every inch of your being. 💃🕺✨

BUT… I’ve signed up for STEPTEMBER 👣🔥
and this month I’m focused on moving more every day while raising funds to support babies and children with cerebral palsy.

So I got curious…
How much movement actually happens during one hour of NLNL?
Here’s an insight from my last 4 Wednesdays… 🔥✨
ps. I’m a graphic designer, so the rest of the day I’m mostly sitting at a computer for 8 hours… hence the rather dramatic 8–9pm spike! 😜

Oh - I think we will have to revisit that one for the Halloween playlist I have been dreaming of all year 🎃 🕷️

Our fab community request playlist had so much range tonight!!
Going all the way back to 1958 with the motown hit R**t Petite... & for a side of music trivia - the track had a big comeback in 1986 thanks to a new claymation video & landed back at the UK no.1 spot! (For the curious - the video link is in the first comment)
