The take home handbook is a valuable tool for future reference and revision. Classes are pre booked to minimum 10, maximum 16 students per intake

Three of our students from our tournament squad competed at the ISKA Sydney City Open today.
β€’ Alex, 1st in point sparring, runner up in team sparring.
β€’ Ahmed, 1st in Sumo, runner up in point sparring.
β€’ Xavier (first tornament ever) 2nd in Sumo, won his first bout in point sparring but lost in the next round.

Our tournament squad students train every Tuesday evening and are coached by our principal instructor Grand Master Andrew Sands.
