An incredible milestone for SOPAC at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials!

Congratulations to Se-Bom Lee on being selected for both the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the Pan Pacific Championships teams.

This is a remarkable achievement and a well-deserved recognition of the dedication, hard work, and outstanding performances shown throughout the season and at Trials.

We are extremely proud to see Se-Bom representing SOPAC and Australia on the international stage, and we look forward to following the journey ahead.

A fantastic night for SOPAC at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials!
Congratulations to Se-Bom Lee on an outstanding performance, taking 1st place in the Men’s 200m Backstroke. An exceptional result and a well-deserved result on the national stage.

Well done also to Kira Long for competing in the 100m Freestyle final last night — representing SOPAC at this level is a great achievement and something to be very proud of.

The racing continues tonight, with Se-Bom Lee returning to the pool for the Men’s 400m Individual Medley. We wish Se-Bom all the very best as he steps up again.

The SOPAC community is incredibly proud — let’s keep cheering the team on! 💚💛

Another strong night last night for SOPAC at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials!

Congratulations to Se-Bom Lee on an outstanding 2nd place finish in the Men’s 200m Butterfly. A fantastic result and a well-deserved podium performance at the national level.

A big well done as well to Ollie Moclair, who delivered a great swim to finish 4th in the Men’s 50m Freestyle final in a highly competitive race.

The competition continues tonight, with Heidi Shumack set to race in the Women’s 200m Backstroke. We wish Heidi all the very best as she steps up once again.

SOPAC continuing to make an impact at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials!

Congratulations to Heidi Shumack on a fantastic performance in the 100m Backstroke final, finishing 7th and achieving another personal best — a great result on the national stage and a reflection of the hard work and commitment behind the scenes.

A big well done as well to Carlos Moussa for competing in the Men’s 100m Butterfly final last night. Racing in a national final is an outstanding achievement and something to be very proud of.

We would also like to recognise all SOPAC swimmers who represented the team in today’s heats — Malik Amin, Joshua Graham, Jacob De Martin, Emils Galvins, Lachlan Gong, Cayden Gooi and Riyon Mudannayake. Competing at this level is a significant achievement, and we are incredibly proud of your efforts.

Congratulations to Heidi Shumack on a fantastic result at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials!

Heidi delivered an outstanding performance in the 200m Individual Medley, finishing 5th in the final and achieving a new personal best time — a great reward for all the hard work and dedication.

The excitement continues, with Heidi qualifying again for tonight’s 100m Backstroke final. We can’t wait to see what comes next!

JUNIOR PAN PACS TEAM SELECTION 🚀🌏

Congratulations to Kira and Heidi, who were announced last night as members of the Australian Junior Pan Pacs team! The duo will head to Vancouver, Canada in August to race against the top junior international talent from the US, Japan and Canada.

The 200IM saw Heidi secure her sixth National title of the meet!

In a complete class of her own, Heidi has PBed in every single individual final across the week. Her composure, grit and determination across 16 swims is a true testament to her work and the work of her coaches at NSWIS- Adam and Ryan.
