With heavy heart we have to announce that City Dragons is closing the shop. It's been a hell of a ride, mostly fun, sometimes bumpy, but the spirit will live in our minds & hearts. I am so glad I got dragged into this sport by IAG corporate event, Daly Chan made lot of us to stay and join City Dragons in 2009. It'll take many hours to mention all names I want to thank and stories I want to share, but I know those reading this know, that we are all part of one big family and that the fact the club as it is now is closing, won't part us. I understand that the club history goes many more years back and I applaud to those who were the original founders, that paved the way for myself and many other latecomers to have so much fun and that many medals on the wall. Hence, I hope, the name City Dragons may re-appear, those close to how it was founded know what I'm talking about ;) One last thing to say - Carlos offer to all ex-City paddlers to go for paddle with Flying Dragons anytime. Paddles up!!! - PB1

Potential Privacy Breach

Hello Clubs & Paddlers,

Our national body, AusDBF, has alerted us to a potential privacy breach which may both affect past and present members. It is our understanding that this will only affect individuals who were a member of Dragon Boats NSW (or interstate equivalent) between July 2013 and June 2016. Any person who registered for the first time after this date will not have been affected.

For those affected, the following information may have been publicly accessible up until 10 September this year; Full Name, Profile Photo, Club, ID number, DOB and Gender.

This vulnerability has been secured and this data is no longer publicly available. It should also be noted that there is no evidence that this information was accessed by unauthorized persons despite it being accessible without authentication.

This breach was a fault by a former membership system provider and the information contained within our current online platform RevolutioniseSPORT is secure.
