Jordan Breaking the jump.
People who don't do Parkour assume recklessness, they assume either a disregard for safety or extreme luck.
I love clip compilations like these because;
1. It's a big jump and Jordan is a beautiful, beautiful man
And
2. It perfectly demonstrates that these skills (when learned/taught correctly) are both safe and replicatable. He's not doing it once and getting lucky.
He's trained the skill, the strength, the coordination until not getting it is just as safe as a success.
Parkour is a forever sport... dont be tricked by instagram.
The trick isn't to do big things, its to train long and safe enough for your idea of what big is to change.
Its huge for me (I'm bad) but its not huge for Jordan.
Chasing size gets you hurt.
Train smart.
Chasing Jordan gets you let down so easy it feels good.
