Wow, where have the years gone?!

To my eldest son and second born, words cannot express how much you mean to me and how proud I am of the man you are becoming.

Feels like only yesterday you were still trying to get enough power to sink a shot on a full size basketball hoop 😂. I look at you now and I am filled with love and pride, so much so that I get emotional thinking about it.

I know you will achieve great things in life and you can do whatever you put your mind too. You have started your first job, focusing heavily on your school work and taking your basketball career to the highest level possible, but no matter what you do in life or where you go, I will always be proud, I will always be in your corner as your father, your friend and biggest fan.

I love you Tyson, happy 16th birthday my boy! May all of your dreams come true in this life and the next ❤️

Please join me in congratulating my client Alyce, who embarked on a truly remarkable journey of transformation over the last few years and last week, competed in the IFBB in the transformation category which I had the privilege of being their to support her in her very first competition held at the ICC in Sydney last week. With an astonishing weight loss of 75kg, her dedication and hard work are truly inspiring. Although she didn't take home the win, her efforts and results are nothing short of extraordinary. As her coach and friend, I am incredibly proud and honoured to have been a part of her journey. Her determination and achievements serve as an inspiration to me and anyone seeking to transform their lives.
