This is a great opportunity if you haven’t done one to come try it out and get a feel for the real thing. With Hyrox race standards, it’s time to see where you’re at and what to work on in the lead up to Brisbane and Sydney.

The road to Hyrox Sydney starts NOW 😤 For the next *6 months our CBT Hybrid Program will be following this structure to have you peaking and resting when it really matters. We’ll see our two Hybrid coaches & taking you guys through strength, engine, running and race specific fitness and all things technique.

We are REALLY excited for this season and hope to see many new faces jumping on board and giving Hyrox Sydney a bloody good crack. Now is the time. Want to know what a Hyrox race is like? Try one of our SIMS which includes all race-day standards and most importantly, the energy and vibes to match it! 🔥

Yeah she did! Ruth stepped up to the plate, accepted the challenge and put in the hard work. From first joining the Hybrid Program and struggling with the sled at the start, Ruth didn’t miss a session and absolutely crushed it on race day. Proving that with the right people in your corner, you can be pushed beyond what you think is possible. We love to see dedication and grit like this, showing up everyday and consistently putting in the work 💪
