There’s something we never get tired of here at Studio Pilates Manly: watching your journey unfold.

The first class where everything feels new. The session where something finally clicks. The moment you realise you’re stronger, steadier, more YOU than when you started. We get a front row seat to all of it, and honestly, it’s the best part of what we do.

One of our amazing clients - Amy- has shown up for 63 classes to get ready for the Sydney Marathon. Sixty-three mornings of building strength, one session at a time, all leading to one start line. It’s exactly the kind of journey we love being part of.

1000 classes. One incredible instructor. ⚡️

There’s a saying: “you can do anything for 10 seconds.”Larissa has shared that philosophy through 1000 classes - every plank, every pulse, every “just 10 more seconds” that got us through.

Think about that number for a second. It’s 1000 mornings of someone showing up ready to push, encourage, and remind us what we’re capable of. And it’s thousands of clients who left stronger than they walked in.

We love celebrating client wins at the studio, but today we’re celebrating an instructor win 🖤 because milestones like this don’t happen without someone in the room making every single class count.
