Shared Personal Training includes everything one on one offers (meal planning, online training programming, unlimited accountability group chat + more) and is $50 p/p as opposed to $65

A great entry level for someone needing extra motivation and support! Can range from 2-5 people per session.

Its time again!! 🏆

will be putting together a team for the 10km Port Stephen’s April 30-2nd May (10km is on the 2nd) 🧗🏻‍♂️

will be organising a team to run in the open race where the team can all run as one or break off as you like and we will be training from now til the race including Saturday and Sunday mornings in prep across all terrain. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Team positions are not limited to just members and clients but whoever is interested in being apart of an awesome community, all whilst challenging yourself physically and mentally! 🟢

We are looking to organise accommodation to be best prepared for the event so register your interest ASAP and be sure to DM me for further information. 📥
