What a way to end the season!

2nd over the finish line and scored 2nd place on handicap for queen of the harbour.

We thought we had done enough to take the handicap win but the girls on sixt got us by one second! So close!

It was always going to be a challenge when you have to try and get round the course 3 minutes faster than some of the best sailors in the country!

Well done to the queens on sixt Tash Bryant and Lucy Copeland, Maddy McLeay and Lily Richardson it was great to sail against some of the best female sailors.

Emma Tallis it was a pleasure having you on board for the race. I see lots of great sailing in your future 😃

Huge thank you to Cameron McDonald and Tom Quigley. You guys have been amazing to sail with and learn from.

Thank you for the support from Shaw and Partners Race Team, Vaikobi and the International 18ft Skiff league.

Onto the next adventure…. Lake Garda here we come!
