In 2021 a group of Elite Coaches said enough is enough. Coaching is an unregulated industry, and we need to exert our Excellence. Extensive research was conducted on existing outdated traditional coaching boards and governing bodies to understand their purpose and value. The GCA interviewed industry leaders and top coaches in a variety of niches around the globe, but more than that the GCA listened and from everything that was learnt The Global Coaches Association was officially created.
