For the first week of June, TTC is proudly supporting mental health and Lifeline by reworking our class programs and pairing every session with powerful mental health insights and conversations.

This won’t be like any charity week we’ve done before… As a studio, we’ll be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge! Across the week, every class will include a fun push-up and upper body challenge as we work towards our ultimate PUSH UP PARTY on SPICY SATURDAY - because one day simply isn’t enough!

Bookings go LIVE this Saturday! 💪🏽✨
