📣 ALL LOCAL BABY ACTIVITY CLASSES📣
Yesterday I popped into to talk about babywearing. It was a real pleasure to help the parents out with their carriers and answer questions. Parents brought along their own carriers for me to check and adjust, others had the opportunity to try out my carriers for fit helping them decide on which carrier to buy. One mum left yeaterday feeling confident switching from front carry to back carry with my quick Cleopatra tip. Another was happy in knowing she could wear her baby tighter than she had been, causing her less back pain. I also fitted a dad with an Ergo and showed some simple tips for adjusting between wearers. It's so lovely to see everyone leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about babywearing. As it was such a success I've been asked back next term.
If you run or attend a baby class in the area and would like me to drop in sometime, let me know. I'd love to come along. Even if your parents arrive to your class by car or with pram they might still benefit and have a carrier at home they need help with fitting and adjusting. You might also be surprised at how many parents welcome this information.
