💪💪MID-MORNING CONDITIONING 9:45-10:30am💪💪

Build endurance, core strength, and total-body fitness using slam balls in a fun and supportive group environment. This low-complexity training style is suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided to help you work at your own pace.

Classes are held at Warrina Clubhouse thanks to the Berowra Wallabies. The venue offers ramp access from the car park to the upper level where classes are conducted, children are welcome & exercise mats available to borrow😁

Come along for a challenging, full-body workout that develops strength, endurance, and core conditioning in a welcoming community setting 🤝🤝

Hello 👋

You may have noticed we've been getting in a whole lotta steps this month to support Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) by taking part in their WALK FOR AUTISM CHALLENGE 💚

So if you are a casual member looking to attend a class this month, instead of purchasing a class credit on Glofox, please donate that $20 class fee via our fundraising page & message us to book your spot over the next couple of weeks 🧘‍♀️🏋️🏃

And even if you decide not to make a donation, simply mentioning this post to somebody else may spark a conversation to encourage people to think a bit more openly about Autism. The spectrum is broad, those with Autism face daily challenges and 70% are likely to experience mental health conditions therefore support is crucial ✅

As May closes and we head into Winter, get moving with us to beat the cold snap ☃️

🙋‍♀️Yogis 👋I shall be running a Stretch class this evening as Sarah is unfortunately unavailable today 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️The class will be centred around working through each muscle group to nourish the body. I look forward to seeing you all & thank you for your understanding 🙏🏻 We will be looking after the knees for those who got in a ginormous 3,000 steps at this morning’s Circuit class 😲🥵
