Mandy was still feeling the burn days after this killer cardio heavy session. 🥵🔥

I incorporated more TRX action to compliment Amanda’s session, and add a little twist to freshen up a few bodyweight exercises. Our main focus is to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

She did so well. Thanks for playing, Mandy. 🔥🔥
