Some people bring something special into the studio.
Mandy has been one of those people.

Warm, funny, generous, and always ready to bring a bit of dancing, singing and an occasional inappropriate comment or two into the room.

This note means a lot.

Helping someone find their confidence again is exactly why TLC exists.

10 months of consistency, and results that speak for themselves.

Steven came to TLC with three non negotiables: get fit to improve his golf, keep up with his grandsons, and stay injury free.

10 months later, the numbers tell part of the story. A 24% increase in aerobic capacity, putting him in the top 20% for his age. 53% more cycling power. 28% more lower body power. A 25% improvement in core stability.

But the real wins? Finishing the back nine strong. Staying sharp when it counts. Keeping up with the grandkids all weekend!

We’re beyond proud of Steven, congratulations. A massive effort.
