Some of these ladies have been with us since the beginning, some only a couple weeks, months or years, but regardless of time - they show up for themselves, dedicate just 1 hour to feeling free, bold & powerful & loving their bodies in the process ❤️‍🔥

We are BACK with a bang 💥

I’ve missed getting into this ecstatic energy - where you feel like nothing else exists, you feel the most powerful, energised & high on life than ever in just 1 hour 🙌

And having my gals back by my side, dancing like we’ve had no time off at all & so many new ladies crossing through those doors who have the bug instantly 😍

When instead of exercising to “look good” you exercise to FEEL good - and then the bod comes with it 😜
We’ll be alternating between days & holding just 1 class a week in March with a breakdown of a new routine every session to ease into the rhythm again, and if my knee feels better we’ll go back up to 2 a week.

My Queens absolutely SLAAAYYYING tonight 🔥

Seriously I wish I had recorded the whole thing - the synchronicity MTV music video vibes all night with our new lights in the studio too thanks to 😍

Some of these ladies have been coming to my classes for almost 5 years, and for some it was their 1st, 2nd or 3rd time with a little hiatus in the middle ⬇️

but it never matters how long you’ve been coming!

“You made all my thoughts disappear”💭

That’s what one of our new girls said to me tonight. And that’s the EXACT plan.

Turnd up is not just another dance class where you have time & brain space to judge yourself with every move, to look at the other girls and compare yourself. 👇

It’s fast paced, on PURPOSE to allow you to just BE & move your body, without being able to think because if you think, you’ll miss what’s coming next 😉

Then what happens is you’ll get a couple weeks in and suddenly you’ll kinda know what you’re doing!

Not guna lie, first class was HARD AS - between being out of action for a couple of week and all the Christmas shenanigans, but we DID it & our newbies smashed it💪
