I had an amazing time with these teens to tune into Indian dance vibes. Feeling privilged to teach Indian dance as part of Mental health and Well being sessions in a Sydney high school.
Performing arts is not a WASTE , it improves focus , concentration, self confidence , physical strength, mental health and builds empathy and emotional intelligence. There is mindset change in many urban areas but should spark in all corners of the world!
I am very proud to standup for this change, share and support!
