Don’t drink your water without this!!!!! Public service announcement, you don’t need expensive electrolyte sachets to hydrate yourself, I went to order some the other week as the marketing ALMOST got me, but they were £4 a sachet 😭😭😭😭😭

If you do this with coconut water too you have the best electrolyte drink you can find, all natural, no nasty artificial flavours, costs less than £10 for a years supply and no it doesn’t taste like the ocean, it tastes smooth and delicious, I crave this water from the second I wake up to taking a big glass to bed with me.

This one really gets me on a rant ⬇️

You DO NOT need to do 10k steps a day for fatloss to work, it’s A MARKETING PLOY and the coach that’s telling you this is a non negotiable is also a victim of said marketing ploy.

I have never set myself or my gals 10k steps a day because 75% of them are 9-5, mums, busy life women of whom 10k steps a day is unreasonable for. Yes extra steps will help in fatloss but extra steps relative to YOU!l ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

A niche thing for me to rant about but it drives me insane 😅😅

Anti inflammatory guuuurrls!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

That’s what we’re all gonna be, I will live and die on this hill because it’s the only way I can function like a human being, I had to change out of necessity but lord did it open my eyes to what we’re doing in the women’s health, wellness & diet world.

I still drink, party and do the fun things my everyday life is anti inflammatory in everything I do…

& I very quickly realised it’s the missing piece of the puzzle for women and our fatloss goals yet it’s the most ignored part?!?! I’m going to change that!!

Sort your inflammation and your gut fairies out and the rest will be easy 🌶️

UPPER BLEPH; 36 hours after surgery and omg the bruising 🥲🥲 when I say by this point I had ZERO pain whatsoever, i mean I could feel absolutely nothing!

I was cleaning and using antibiotic gel plus doing cold compresses but the only issue I had was having to wear sunglasses as I sat eating dinner which made me overstimulated so I went home 😅😭🥲

UPPER BLEPH; the next day, I DID NOT expect the bruising to be this bad.. I do bruise extremely easily but I woke up to a plot twist in my recovery ❤️‍🩹 & they only got worse, it’s worth noting that from my research before most people don’t bruise, I’m just unlucky lol.

I had ZERO pain by this point and was out in public, at a beach club (no alcohol sadly) and we went for dinner. I made sure my eyes were completely covered at all times when a hat and sunnies combo but other than that it was all Gucci.

They had me taking amoxicillin for a few days after also.

UPPER BLEPH; fresh out of surgery 💉

I legit felt NOTHING for about an hour after surgery and thought I’d got away with it 😅 we got a car home from the clinic, which in bali getting anywhere in a car takes HOURS but we slept for the whole ride home and then I went out cold all day, Loz had to come and get me up to eat supper, then I slept like a dead person again all night. Sedation will do that to ya lol.

My eyes were burning pretty damn bad when the pain killers wore off but honestly this day was the only day I felt any pain at all. And it wasn’t anything 2 strong ibuprofens couldn’t help ❤️‍🔥

I have no idea what I’m doing… I just know I’m unhappy with where I am right now, I don’t align with my industry anymore, my income is the lowest it’s ever been because of that but I know I have so much to give.

I’m COMPLETELY single… I’m not even speaking to anyone 😂 and I’m kinda okay with that. Tbh at this point men terrify me.

I don’t want kids or care to get married… I would if I meet someone who really wants those things but I’m good with the idea of it just being me. I’m also not maternal at all.

Staring an ecommerce brand from scratch is terrifying me… but the brand in my brain has been building (also in my brain) for years. It’s completely aligned with my life now and it’s going to make people feel unreal (think flat stomach and anti bloating without drinking skinny tea 💀)

I got an autoimmune condition 3 years ago and it completely changed my life… I had to change EVERYTHING I do to be able to function like a normal human and o guess that was the catalyst of feeling lost at 35.

I am terrified of any type of commitment… I’ve moved cities 4 times, traveled the world and the thought of buying a ‘forever’ home makes me want to run in the other direction 😅

I beg you tell me I’m not alone in starting over 🌶️💫🥺
