This Thursday 7 p.m. we’re hosting a FREE and exclusive seminar for all Alpha Jiu-Jitsu members on Foot Locks & Guard Passing, taught by non other than Oli Silvestro 🔥

Oli is a 10x World Champion, as well as a 2x champion at Euros and Brasileiro and also a Pan American Champion. This is a great opportunity to learn from an athlete at this level.

Please make the time to come along. Foot Locks and Guard Passing are areas we all need to keep working on, and having the opportunity to learn directly from an athlete of Oli’s calibre is something we should definitely take advantage of.

See you all Thursday at 7 p.m. in Rouse Hill! 🥋

🐣 Easter Holiday Schedule 🐣

Just a quick update for our community — we’ll be closed over the Easter weekend to give everyone time to rest and enjoy with family.

🚫 Closed:
• Friday 3rd of April ( Good Friday)
• Saturday 4th of April (Easter Saturday)
• Monday 6th of April (Easter Monday)

We’ll be back to normal classes after the public holidays!

It’s happening at the gym! After each kids’ class on the same day, we’ll have food, treats, fun activities, and surprise promotions!
