A chance to move, breathe and connect in honour of the strength and resilience of the women in our community and lives. Enjoy a nourishing Reformer Yin class, unwind with access to the sauna and cold plunge, and share in a relaxed morning tea together.

Every guest will receive a beautiful goodie bag, with lucky door prizes to be won, and a percentage of ticket sales will be donated to Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre

A Sunday evening wrapped in sound ✨

We welcomed the beautiful Raechelle from Sacred Sounds & Breath back to the studio for a deeply nurturing 90-minute sound journey. From crystal bowls to rain drums, wooden flute, traditional gong and more - the instruments gently guiding our guests into stillness.

Thank you to everyone who came along and allowed yourself the space to slow down and receive. And a heartfelt thank you to Raechelle for holding such a grounding, restful experience.

We’re excited to share that Rae will be joining us throughout 2026 for more sound and breathwork offerings.

We can’t wait to bring more moments like this to our Boda community. ✨
