Becoming a Mentor has completely changed my life 💫

When I started my journey all I NEEDED was to improve my health as it was not in a good shape 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had no intention of becoming a Mentor, I was simply on a health journey for myself. However when I realised how much it had changed my life and when everyone around me noticed the change in me, I found this amazing opportunity to help just one more person. And that satisfaction of helping one person in need, motivated me more and more to help others in need.

I had no idea what I was about to do, I just wanted to be able to help someone else improve their life and in turn their families life.

THAT single decision was the BEST decision I have made for myself and my family.

Not only do I wake up to the most wonderful messages from my Mentees and be able to share in their journeys, but I am also able to give my family the life I only ever dreamt of.

This does not feel like a “job”. It is the most rewarding position I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of. It’s a gift 💝 to be able to share this incredible program with so many beautiful and inspiring people.

Through out childhood, I have suffered from issue of weight loss 😕. Both in school and college my friends used to tease me and demotivate me for been Fat.🙁

But than finally one day, i came across a miracle 💜 break through which has changed my life 💖 forever and has taught me healthy habits of life...both in terms of mental mindset 💞and physical well-being.💘

Aftering loosing heaps of weight 🏋️ in a short span of time 💃 and keeping it off by following the 80-20 rule, am a much happier person now than before 💞

Now I myself have started preaching healthy eating habits to my family and friends and been able to change many people's life for good🌹

If you are one of them whose struggling with weight loss 😢 issue now is the right time to start thinking 💕.

It’s YOU 😔😭 versus YOU 🥰🥳😎💃🏻.

And it always has been 😱

You may not have always been able to see it this way, and you may have always chosen not to, but it’s the truth. You’re your own biggest motivator. You can push yourself like no one else can.

At the same time you can be your own worst enemy. Never let that happen!

Do better, dig deeper, and take on more.

You should to have nothing but the best!!

And we can make it happen!!👍
