• All Wednesday afternoon class times have been adjusted ⏰
• A new Wednesday teenage class has been added to complement our Sunday class, suitable for teens aged 13–16 💪🏼
• Adult Judo to replace the Thursday 6:20 pm No-Gi class, starting Thursday, 23 July 🥋
