Good drill to improve reaction time as well touch/turns in tight spaces

Laila Done very well in this drill, taking small, sharp and directional touches/turns, always keeping the ball close to her feet.

Focusing on two veriations of the V-cut
-Outside V-cut (drag and cut with the same foot)
-Alternate V-cut (drag with one foot, cut with the other)

A good skill to learn and master, which will allow players to change direction in tight spaces.

Working both sides so players are comfortable performing the skill with both their dominant and weaker foot.
