MONDAY 💪🏼

New week. Same goal , keep showing up.

Not every week needs to be perfect, and not every session needs to be your best. Sometimes it’s simply about getting in, doing the work and keeping the promises you made to yourself.

Train hard. Fuel well. Stay consistent.
Then do it all again. 🫡

Saturday plans can fill up fast, but making time to move is one way to show up for yourself.

Consider this your reminder to keep that date with yourself today 💪🏼

New Deathwing WOLFPak jersey… NOW IN PINK 🩷🐺

Okayyyy, they knew exactly what they were doing with this one 😮‍💨

The Deathwing jersey was already a favourite, but in PINK?! Say less. 🎀💪🏼

Perfect oversized gym fit, and you already know I’ll be living in this one.

Just post the photo. 🤍

There are so many photos I never posted while prepping because, at the time, I didn’t think I looked good enough. Then I look back months later and wonder what on earth I was seeing.

Prep can distort your perception and make you feel like you’re never quite lean enough, conditioned enough or ready enough.

So this is your reminder….and mine to stop waiting until you feel perfect. Celebrate the work, the discipline and the version of you who showed up every day.

Post the photo. One day, you’ll be glad you did. ✨

Ladies, if you want to build strong, sculpted shoulders, don’t forget about your rear delts! They play a huge role in creating that rounded shoulder look while also supporting better posture and shoulder stability. 💪🏼

A few tips when training rear delts:

✨ Keep the weight controlled, heavier isn’t always better
✨ Lead with your elbows instead of pulling with your hands
✨ Keep your shoulders down and avoid shrugging
✨ Focus on the squeeze and control the lowering phase
✨ Train consistently and progressively increase the challenge over time

Strength training won’t make you “bulky”, it helps you build shape, confidence and a strong body that performs. 🙌🏼

Ladies, what muscle group are you working on building right now? 👇🏼

With everything going around online about Sydney Sweeney, I wanted to redirect the conversation and celebrate something that deserves far more attention: strong female athletes. 🤍

Women who train with purpose.
Women who fuel their bodies.
Women who challenge themselves.
Women who are proud of the strength they’ve built.

A woman’s body does not exist to fit one beauty standard or satisfy everyone’s opinion. Strong, soft, lean, muscular, curvy, there is room for every kind of woman to feel confident and celebrated.

This body represents discipline, commitment, resilience and years of showing up.

Here’s to celebrating female athletes, not only for how their bodies look, but for everything those bodies are capable of. 💪🏼✨

Strong women deserve the spotlight.

Another weekend in the bank 💪🏼🔥

Feeling strong, focused and ready for a fresh week! I seriously can’t believe we’re already halfway through September 🤯

Your Monday reminder: you don’t need to have the entire week figured out, just show up today, put in the work and keep building momentum. Every session counts 🏋🏼‍♀️

Let’s make it a strong week!

IN PROCESS… 🏗️💪🏼

Working on me, for me.

Not for anyone else.
Just to keep becoming a stronger version of myself physically AND mentally.

And a little weekend reminder: your goals don’t disappear just because it’s Saturday. 👏🏼

Train because you GET to.
Eat well because you want to feel good.
Rest when you need it.
Enjoy your weekend.

You don’t need perfection , you just need to keep showing up. 🤍

The work continues. 🏗️
