The BJJ program at Kinetic Martial Arts Caringbah will build your core martial arts skills - including submissions, ground control, and self defence - while also improving your strength, fitness, and flexibility in both body and mind! BJJ is commonly known as the “game of human chess”. This comes from its emphasis on strategy and technique. Our BJJ classes are focused on developing the grappling s

kills that have made BJJ famous as a martial art. Our classes are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in technical ability in the minimum amount of time, while providing experienced students with a class that challenges them. Every class students can look forward to developing both their mental and physical strength, fitness and flexibility. Classes are fun and the techniques are taught with safety in mind. Our instructors are not just personal trainers teaching submissions and strength. Our instructors are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development, and are now committed to assisting you achieve your goals too. Our members come from all walks of life including clergy, office workers, tradies, students, academics, the military, police services and more. When you start training with us you will be welcomed into a community focused club - our members often get together for more than just training. The Cronulla Dojang is conveniently located in central Cronulla, opposite Kafenio in Cronulla Mall. See you on the mats!

One of our long-term Kinetic Caringbah families is currently facing an incredibly difficult time. The Thomas' dad is an easy going legend in the club & the shire community, and a great sense of hummer . . you may know him as that legend with he “Show Me Your Tints” truck!!!!
They have been part of our Kinetic family ever since they started training with us in Cronulla.

He has now been diagnosed with brain cancer, and the family is navigating what no family ever hopes to.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help the family with the financial pressures ahead.

If you feel able to help in any way, no matter how small, I'm sure it would mean a great deal to them.
