A new stripe. Earned, not given.
It looks like a small piece of tape. To them it’s proof. Proof they turned up when they didn’t feel like it, that they kept drilling the move that wasn’t working, that they got better at something genuinely hard.
Coach kneels down for these moments for a reason. Eye level. Full attention. Because a kid who feels properly seen will chase the next one twice as hard.

Two kids, one mat, zero hesitation.
Watch them long enough and you stop seeing “wrestling.” You start seeing problem solving. Weight shifting. Trying something, getting caught, trying something better. They’re learning to stay calm while someone is doing their best to move them, and that skill walks right off the mat with them.
No egos. Just laughs, sweat, and a handshake at the end.

Learning how to listen, stay focused, respect their coaches and understand the “why” behind what they’re doing. The techniques matter, but so do the lessons that come with them.

Every class is packed with energy, learning and plenty of movement as the kids build confidence, sharpen their technique and enjoy training together. From the little ones taking their first classes to the more experienced kids helping lead the pace, the room is always full of action.

Warmup Drive 💎

Our students see the importance of the Jiu Jitsu warmup, and to many it’s their favourite part. It’s essential for our members to understand the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu safety, and that’s what the warmup is for.

Learning how to fall, how to bend, how to control your body and know your own range of motion. This is how we avoid injury and ensure your kids are safe on the mats 🥋
