Walking into Damulay Nguarang a friendship place to honour country. And invite gathers to respect First Nations cultures, lands & stories. It was wonderful to connect with I’m always embraced with warmth & generous acts of kindness. Thank you Bub. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see my sistagirl (Cuzco) . On Sunday I will be part of the Damulay Nguarang event with Yoga on Country. Also on that day there will be Cultural Workshops, Weaving & Jewellery making. Nice easy introduction of what yoga may be. Arriving on the mat or chair as we are. Doing as much or as little as we like. Being kind to ourselves as we try yoga poses & breath work.
