What an absolutely HUGE few days at IMC Engadine! ❤️🖤

Three days of gradings, countless hours of training, determination, nerves, sweat, smiles and some seriously spectacular achievements on the mats.

We are incredibly proud of every single student who stepped up and gave it their all. A grading isn't just about earning your next belt, it's about showing how far you've come, pushing through when things get tough and having the courage to put your skills to the test.

For some, this was their very first grading. For others, another massive milestone in a journey they've been working on for years. Every belt, every certificate and every proud smile in these photos represents hard work that happened long before grading day. 💪

A huge congratulations to everyone who successfully graded! You should be SO proud of yourselves because we certainly are. 🥹❤️

And a massive thank you to our instructors, staff, families and training partners who support our students every step of the way. These achievements are made even more special by the incredible community surrounding them.

What an awesome morning at IMC Engadine! 🥋🥊

A huge thank you to all of the dads, grandads and special people who jumped on the mats and trained alongside our students for our Father’s Day Training! 🙌

There were plenty of laughs, lots of hard work, and maybe a few dads who discovered just how much their kids actually do in class each week 😂💪

We absolutely love days like this, getting our families involved and creating memories together on the mats. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came along and made the morning such a great one!

🥊 “I’m too old to start kickboxing…”

But are you? 👀

We asked some of our parents who already train with us what they’d say to someone who thinks they’re too old to give kickboxing a go.

Their answers say it better than we ever could. ❤️

You don’t need to be fit first.
You don’t need any experience.
And you definitely don’t need to be 20. 😂

You just need to start.

Kickboxing is for everyday adults who want to get fitter, learn something new, build confidence, relieve some stress and have a whole lot of fun doing it.

So if “I’m too old” has been your excuse… maybe it’s time to find a new one. 😉🥊

A HUGE thank you to Cody “Traeway” Jameson and Chris for an incredible seminar at IMC Engadine tonight! 🥊🔥

What an awesome night of training, learning and getting to pick the brain of someone who has achieved so much in the sport.

Cody shared a heap of knowledge, techniques and little details that our students can now take away and add to their own training. The energy on the mats was unreal, and it was fantastic seeing everyone getting involved and soaking it all up! 🙌

We’re incredibly grateful to Cody and Chris for giving up their time, sharing their experience and making the night such a memorable one for our IMC community.

One of our favourite things about what we do is watching students grow, not just in their martial arts skills, but in their confidence, focus, discipline and belief in themselves.
