Beginner Kung Fu Classes – No Experience Required

I am pleased to announce the commencement of small beginner-friendly kung fu classes.

These sessions are designed to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the martial art, focusing on:

* Fitness
* Self-defence fundamentals
* Building confidence

No prior experience is necessary. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in martial arts but unsure where to begin.

The first class is complimentary.

The classes are conducted in a small group setting with a relaxed atmosphere and step-by-step instruction.
