🏆 Introducing the Swimming NSW High Performance Club Program

Swimming NSW is proud to launch a new recognition program celebrating clubs that consistently deliver outstanding athlete and coach development outcomes across NSW.

The inaugural program recognises clubs demonstrating sustained performance, athlete outcomes, coach excellence and strong contribution to the high-performance pathway across the 2025 and 2026 seasons.

🥈 JUNIOR PAN PACIFIC SILVER! 🇦🇺🇨🇦

Congratulations to Christopher Montana, who today claimed 🥈 Silver in the 50m Freestyle at the Junior Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Vancouver, Canada! 🇨🇦

In a very close finish, Chris powered to the finish in a new PB of 22.54, finishing just 0.06 seconds behind the winner! 🔥

What an incredible swim to win your 1st individual medal on the international stage. We are all very proud of you Monty!

The entire Trinity Swimming community is incredibly proud of Christopher Montana as he represents Australia 🇦🇺 at the Junior Pan Pacific Championships in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦.

Wearing the green and gold is a tremendous honour, and Christopher will line up against some of the world’s best young swimmers from powerhouse nations including 🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇧🇷 Brazil and more.

This is an outstanding achievement and a testament to Christopher’s dedication, resilience and commitment to excellence.

We wish you every success in the pool and can’t wait to cheer you on from home. Swim fast, race hard, and enjoy every moment of representing Australia on the international stage.

🏊💚💛 Day 4 | School Sport Australia Championships 💚💛🏊

After a fantastic training and excursion day to the MCG yesterday, Team Trinity returned to racing today and were a constant presence on the podium! 🥇🥈🥈🥉🥉

🥇 Avery stormed to victory in the 16 Years 50m Breaststroke.
🥈 Leo produced a superb swim to finish runner-up in the 13 Years 100m Butterfly.
🥈 Sterling broke the School Sport Australia & TGS School Record in the 17–19 Years 100m Butterfly, only to be touched out by the narrowest of margins,just 0.05 seconds.
🥉 Maximilian raced brilliantly and showed great poise to claim bronze in the 16 Years 100m Freestyle.
🥉 Alexandra showed incredible determination over the final 25 metres to secure bronze in the 17–19 Years 100m Freestyle.

An outstanding day of racing with five podium finishes. We couldn’t be prouder of the way Team Trinity continues to compete, support one another and represent NSW.

School Sport Australia Day 2 - Congrats to Adrian winning 🥈in the 17-19 years 200 Butterfly. We had a huge number of swimmers in heats and finals today. The team also gathered poolside for a quick Team Trinity pic!

Big Day 1 at School Sport Australia Games in Melbourne. 🥇🥇🥈

NSW Team Captain Sterling won the 17-19 years 200m Freestyle🥇in commanding fashion. Avery then dominated the 16 years 100m Breaststroke 🥇, and Adrian swam an awesome 17-19 years 200m Individual Medley for 🥈. Keep it up Team Trinity! Go NSW!

🏊‍♂️💙 Congratulations Sterling – NSW Captain! 💙🏊‍♂️

A tremendous honour for Sterling Tuxford who has been named a Captain of the NSW All Schools Swimming Team.

This recognition is a reflection of Sterling’s outstanding leadership, dedication, sportsmanship and commitment both in and out of the pool.

Representing NSW All Schools, and bringing together swimmers from CHS, CCC and CIS, Sterling will proudly lead the Blues on the national stage at the upcoming School Sport Australia Games in Melbourne.

Trinity’s breaststrokers were honoured to receive some invaluable words of wisdom from esteemed Olympic and World Record coach Vince Raleigh.

Drawing on decades of experience at the highest levels of the sport, Vince shared insights into breaststroke technique, race preparation, training habits, and the mindset required to achieve excellence in the pool. Experiences like these help to provide our coaches and athletes with inspiration and knowledge that extends far beyond the pool.
