10.5 weeks after an accident causing an open fracture, dislocation, ligament damage and multiple spiral fractures of my fibula.

Ahead of schedule after pretty much 2 to 3 rehab sessions everyday I have no more cast or boot. Grateful for the experience this has given me for my clients as well all the years of training myself before the accident and of course Northern Sports Physiotherapy Clinic for all the extra guidance! Unfortunately just the beginning 💪💪

A reduction of 1 mmol of Blood sugar levels over a 90 day average through lifestyle modifications and resistance training 2 x per week
Also the bonus of reduced shoulder pain to the point of being able to play tennis for the first time in 2 years (reminded me of my tennis coaching days)
