Save time, eat better 👏

Here’s a simple meal prep hack ⬇️

Start with one base (like grilled chicken) and turn it into 3 meals:

🥗 Lunch: Chicken salad with feta, cherry tomatoes & avocado

🌯 Dinner: Chicken wrap with hummus, slaw & wholegrain tortilla

🍝 Next day: Chicken pasta with spinach & light tomato sauce

🍽️ Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring, it just needs a good system.
