Designed for all skill levels, this 10 week training plan focuses on ensuring you have a comprehensive knowledge and solid technique about kicks.

This course aims to improve your mobility in kicking, make complex kicks easy to understand/ perform and improve your performance of kicks for use in performance , theatre or film and television.

Brayden Rodrigues will be teaching.
9-11am Fridays
It’s a drop in class $25 per week

Renovations week is kicking off from January 2nd till the 7th. Myself and a few people will be here the whole time, if anyone wants to pop in, lend a hand or just come and hang out we have a long list of things to get done for 2023.
New carpet to install
New coat of paint
Moving a few things
Renovation on the kitchen area.
Install of a few storage areas.
There will be food, drinks movies for kids and big kids.
