A little insight into client Tamara's incredible Transformation so far, and here are some of the key elements that changed to get her from where she was to where she is now 🏋🏻♀️
1️⃣ Increasing her food
2️⃣ Swapping from Pilates and low resistance Training to Heavy weight Training
3️⃣ Working with someone who covers not only the training side of things but also her Nutrition
What an incredible change 👏 and we are not done yet, the work continues and the goal over the coming years is for her to get on Stage and compete
