So honoured to support Chabad North Shore's Chanukah on the Green event today by running a stall where kids can come and punch pads, break boards etc. Apart from our stall there will be heaps of other activities so hope to see you there. Free entry but you must register:

Fantastic having Shihan Hagen Neumann , visiting from Germany, at our North Shore Dojo this week! Hagen, a 2-time world champion, led brilliant sessions teaching some really cool take-downs, with all our students enthused by his engaging teaching methods. Thanks for coming, Hagen, and thank you to Shihan Glenn Stephenson for facilitating it.

Attached is a short video of the ninjas (under 10 years) doing some fun drills. The older teenage and adult class also has a great time and learnt a lot!

A fantastic 3-day Summer Training Camp (Gashku) in Wollongong this weekend! Many thanks to Shihan Glenn Stephenson for organising and to all of the instructors:
- Phenomenal international instructors Abel Figueiredo & Hagen Neumann
- A whole host of the top Australian Shihans and martial arts instructors: Ennio Anselmi, Stacey Karetsian, Michael Patrick, Roderick Martin, Mario Borg, Malwina Martin ,... (and apologies I know I have left some out...)

- A seminar with a huge amount of variety, ranging from understanding breathing, to highly technical aspects of karate and kata, to jujitsu guillotines & chokes and their defence, to pragmatic self defence fighting.

I brought with my camera but was so focussed on training that this is the only picture I took. Update: added some more photos that others took 😉

Such an honour to support Wahroonga Public School P&C at their annual Spring Fair. The P&C put on a fantastic, well organised fete, and kids had a great time coming up to our stall, punching pads and seeing if they can break boards!
