Good afternoon PFC!

I hope everyone is staying safe and (mostly) COVID-free.

Im thinking about restarting the classes from Saturday the 15th of January. However, I know everyone is being super cautious right now and group fitness classes might be in your no-no list for the time being.

So, if you could drop me a message to let me know if you’re keen to start on the 15th that would be great ! As long as we have at least 3 or 4 people that’s enough to get it going :)

Till the end of the year we will just be holding the Wednesday evening 530pm class and the Saturday morning 830am class.
So no Sunday class for now!

Be sure to get in there tomorrow to throw some punches ! Prepare for some serious cardio!

Hey team!

Freedom is finally upon us so I hope you’re ready to de-stress, have a laugh and shed those Covid kilos this week with some boxing!

Our first class back will be this Wednesday (the 13th) at 5.30pm. Then we’ve got our weekend double header at 830am on both Saturday and Sunday.

We have a NEW meeting spot - Future Fit Studio (Suite 86 on Jones Bay Wharf, right in front of the fancy super yachts). Here we will be able to leave our valuables in a secure spot, whack on our gloves and do a short jog over to the park.

We have brand new gloves so please be sure to bring INNERS or WRAPS! If you don’t get a chance to go to Rebel to get proper inners just get some cotton cleaning gloves from Coles.

For those that are joining for the first time, I have a pay square so you just need to bring a debit card or use your phone to pay on the day.

As a final note, please understand that as per the regulations these classes can only be open to those that are fully vaccinated.

Hi PFC!

Long time no see !

We are getting closer and closer to being able to put our classes back on.

To make it even better I’ve got brand new gloves and pads (if you nominated to get your own pair I’ll have them ready for you at our first class back).

AND I’ve now partnered up with my mate Tim at Future Fit Studio which not only means we have a place to box indoors when it rains but also means we will be adding a third class to the timetable that will either be Wednesday evening at 5.30pm or Thursday lunch at 1230pm.

Please let me know in the comments section which of those options appeals to you more !

I’ll touch base with everyone as we close in on mid-October and the return of classes 💪
