To improve it’s important to train with people that are better than you, so it was great to see Tristan asking double Olympian Aoife Coughlan for a randori practice at the national training camp!!

Good work from the boys this morning at this week’s Fun and Fulfilling Outdoor Activities Club.

Unfortunately no stones for the boys, so they had to make do with weight plates for for the infamous Barney Rubble 🥋💪
